Wrong submission of form 109
I had got form 109 filled and signed by my previous principal ( In jaipur) as prescribed by the institute. But, by mistakenly I submitted the form in Mumbai where I am presently working as an article.
Because of this mistake, I have not been registered under my new principal (in mumbai) as per the data with ICAI.
Now, What am I supposed to do?

Mr Bhansali, don't worry abt the matter....u jst need to go to the place where u have submitted ur form 109.....dey will show u d way......
