my name is Aditya iam going my articleship at present recently i have received a letter that i had wrongly filled the form
the mistake was that in page3 of 103
16(a)i filled that i'm not engaged in any business . but unexpectedly in
16(b)i filled that iam an active partner
so this was the mistake why they sent the letter . so please advice mewhat should i send to icai
please its so urgent
I think you need to file new form with corrections.....but before doing that call your respective regional council(Delhi,Mumbai,Kanpur etc) at PIncode-39893989.....nothing to worry as such ..regional councils are very cooperative ......
