For the article on works contracts,you can browse through the C.A. magzine issued dated May 2007 which has a great and worth readiing article on works contract. do refer. bye

Mr. Mitra is perhaps talking about the article "Demystifying works contract". In this context, I have some reservations and I would like to suggest that don't forget to go through the other judgments.
