we have registration in Telangana. if we execute works contact in Tamil Nadu, do we get registration in Tamil Nadu also?. Can't we execute the same work with Telangana Registration?.
while mobilisation of goods as part of transfer of property in works Contact shall we mention HSN or SAC in delivery challan?

you can charge IGST to Tamil Nadu client and not required to take registration in Tamil nadu if you r doing only one project and doesn't have permanent establishment in Tamil nadu.
then how one will get input of GST
If you charge the IGST, then purchaser is eligible to claim the full IGST credit, IGST can be set off against the IGST, CGST or SGST.
as it is works contact we can't raise invoice along with material supply. then how can we send material to site. if we send material on delivery challan which code we should mention i.e HSN or SAC?
use SAC code, because you are transferring goods for work contract. if use HSN also not wrong..
