Please, if any one can tell me the weekly or daily working hours of an articled trainee undergoing P.C.C.
ALSO IF THE INSTITUTE PROVIDES ANY EL(EARNED LEAVES ) ON MONTHLY BASIS?
ALSO PLEASE PROVIDE THE SECTIONS TO WHICH THEY RELATE

hi,
working hours for an articled assistant are 7 hours per day and 35 hours per week..
total 138 days of leave is granted..if you exceed 138 days your articleship is extended to that extent..

its 35 hrs in a week..
You have to complete 35 hrs a week (excluding the lunch time)
And you are allowed 182 days of leave during the term of your article ship
any leave in excess of 182 days will extend your article ship by the excess no of days of leave taken
