We are doing work contract service in UP and we are registered in Haryana. Please advise us whether we need to register in UP as well or not?

You have to take advance registered and pay advance gst.

@ prakhar, we don't want to register as casual dealer.

@ Lalit, I think in case of services to immovable property we need to register in place where immovable property is located.
