I have same business in separate states with single pan no(propritory firms). but different tin numbers. In this GST regime can i enroll saparate gst for such tin numbers. Pls give me advise

Yes, you have to, if supply from each state.
As per my opinion, mutiple registrations under one pan not allowed except in case of different verticles.
For definition of 'verticle'- search in google
Yes Separate registration is mandatory its not your choice.......
You have to get registration in separate state..........
