Winding up of 2018 co

There is company which went for winding up and liquidator was also appointed. But due to legal prosecution order was passed that company should not be liquidated. Mca still shows it as under liquidation. Thus happened in 2018. The company didn't file any forms as it showed under liquidation. Can company be striked off or what sould be the next step. There are no documents on the mca portal

If order passed by NCLT/NLCAT then liquidator has to file INC-28 to ROC ,secondly NCLT/NLCAT may also issue order to ROC to stay on liquidation proceedings ,if the order was passed by HC/SC then such order copy has to be produced before NCLT and also to be forwarded to liquidator ,once company liquidator is appointed then it's his responsibility to discharge it...for strike off its a tricky situation but without updating registry ,it seems not possible to strike off, further a field expert can guide on this ...
