Why portal does not show Intimation 143-1 when there's refund?

Hi,

I have access to a few taxpayers ITRs and I have a peculiar observation.

In the new portal, whenever there's a refund, the detailed status after ITR processing completion just shows Refund issued. There's no link to download the Intimation 143-1.

Whereas whenever there's nothing due nor any refund, the portal has a link for downloading Intimation 143-1 under view details section of the filed ITR.

Is this their process? Not to provide link to download 143-1 when there's refund?
