Who will fill the casual vacancy of auditor?
according to section 139 casual vacancy of auditor may be filled by board but my question is when company had constituted audit committee can the audit committee fill the same?

Only Board of directors can fill the casual vacancy in case of removal of auditor within 30 days of such vacancy but Audit committee can recommend the vacancy means the name of the auditors to be appointed to BOD.
