Hi,
I am working in private company where I will be getting regular salary. In weekends I used to work as a freelancer, they used to pay me after deducting 10% tax, My total income is below taxable. Do I need to use ITR 1 form?? In ITR 1 form Do i need to add my freelance income in other income tab or I need to consolidate and add the entire income?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Dear All,
I have been receiving this question from many of clients that which option should they select while fill declaration form whether old regime or new regime? If any one selects old regime is fine but please don't take wrong claims as there is illogical claim/or substantail difference between ITR form filed by taxpayer and form 16, computer will not process and case may be transferred to jurisdictional assessing officer for manual scrutiny process. So if any one has claimed false deduction or shown low income beyond reasonable limit intentionally to claim high refund should file revised return immediately.. Or else you may face further complications. Thanks.
