Hello Members, I am Bit Confused in MY ITR efiling,
Actually i am Working in Small Textile Shop Where the Owner Pays me 2,10,000 P.A Salary and I am Techicaly Expert So i do some Software Development Services i.e like AMC service (computer repair installing Software on clients Machines) where i earn near about 1,90,000 Approx, and i Help some businessman for linking the contact with suppliers where i get commision of near about 1,00,000 P.A
now the main part is which ITR Should I file and My Employer dont pay any tax for me he just give me 2,10,000 P.A salary, So what is TDS in my case no Form 16 nothing what should i Do then???? and should i mention that commission and Software Service in ITR or I can Show anything else with Other Category and i dont have any Property also.
and which section i am applicable also i.e 44AA , 44AB, 44AD 44ADA????????
