I had some online earning source. In detail is used to provide tutorial to some of my customer . The questions updated online was paid and i earned some money. On the request of customer , I got the printed version of that question also and on that I also earned a good ammount of money.

Now I am in dillema that which ITR should I file. I have no other source of earning. Now the above business is also over as the exam for ehich I was giving question is now over. I hope and am not sure again the exma is announced i may again earn for a month or two.

Pls guide me should i also submit balance sheet or any another document ? should I get it audited ?

Please be a bit more clear in the descripttion of your service to ur client.. I did not understand the exact nature of ur service..

please be clear in your quetioning, first of all tell me your primary source of income . Is captioned profession your part time source of income?

Thanks for ur concern and reply. I am writing in detail . I hope I will be able to explain you.

Actually I am a housewife.and i had no source of income. However with my husband support I started a online portal. This poral was basically for the preparation of some deaprtmental exam. In this I used to give some online question daily and my paid users used to solve this and there performance was checked by me. All this was done online.

When I started , I had not thought of much response , But by the grace of God , I got good response.My users were very satisfied and they asked for the printed version also which I supplied them and that was laso paid .

I got a very good response and good earning. But this lasted for only 4 or 5 months. as the exam were over my earning stopped and I am not earning now a single penny. But I am expecting that in the coming year if exam is announced again, I will again fetch some more bucks. But thats not fixed , maybe or may not be . Hoping may be, May God Bless me.

Now my qestion is that how to declare all this earning. Which ITR should I file. Will i have to manatin accounts and balance sheet and any other such thing whose terminologi I dont know. My turnover crossed 10 lacs and profit was something between 2-3 lacs.

I hope I would have been able to expalin u .Any more clarification is welcome.
