Dear Sir, I have salary income with that I have commission income as freelancer working with real estate firm I want to know that which ITR should I filed and can i claim expenses incurred by me and deduction u/s 80

You need to use ITR4
You can claim deduction of expenditure related to the business
You can claim deduction u/s 80C, 80D etc

I am filling ITR - 4 and i am not maintaining any books of accounts and my gross recpt. is 160000 through commission so can i claim the expenses without bill and the gross recpt is less than expenses done by me and than in ITR-V Acknowledgement there is no showing of 160000 in my gross total income but the loss incurred is showing but not deducting from income (both has to be shown in my opinion) and the ITR-4 like i had said i am not maintaing books of accounts so i am liable to make BS & Profit and Loss Account in ITR-4.
