I want to know which ITR i should file on the basis of following criteria...
1... I am a salaried Employee.
2.. I am partner in a Firm though i do not receive any remuneration.. and the firm is in business of commissioning on transporting.
3... I have earned 200 on interest from Bank
In your case, you will ahve to file ITR - 3.

ITR 3 needs to be filed just for the reason that u r partner in a firm. it does not matter whether u receive any consideration from that or not.
