Whether WTD is considered as WTKMP or not ?
I have a doubt as to whether a WTD is considered as WTKMP ?

Yes all the provisions of KMP are applicable on WTD

But some senior person have different views they said only if u designated wtd as kmp only thn he will be considered as kmp
