There is no direct classification for weigh bridge service . The taxbility needs to be examined in the context in which said service is provided. For eg. weigh bridge service inside a port is taxable under prot services. Weigh bridge service provided by a job worker to the client in relation to job work processing may be taxable under BAS. Even in other situations department may try to bring it under infrstructure support service which is taxable under BSS.

If any Individual provides services like yoga & meditation,what would be the Service tax implications on that services & whether it is to be included in "HEALTH AND FITNESS" SERVICES?
