SIR,

WHETHER SALE AGST. H FORM IS TREATED AS EXPORT SALE IN EXCISE AND SAME IS EXCLUDED WHILE CALCULATING TURNOVER LIMIT OF 150 LAKS FOR SSI UNIT?

Form H sale is not an export sale in Excise.

Form H sale arise mainly in case of  merchant export not direct / manufacturing  export .
