whether registration required under GST or not

dear sir/ madam,
1. is it required to register under GST for sole proprietor providing online teaching from home in Maharashtra to students located at US even though annual receipt is lower than prescribed.
if yes than what r the invoice related requirements?

2. whether separate bank a/c in the name of proprietorship firm is required to collect the fee?
