1. is it required to register under GST for sole proprietor providing online teaching from home in Maharashtra to students located at US even though annual receipt is lower than prescribed.
if yes than what r the invoice related requirements?
2. whether separate bank a/c in the name of proprietorship firm is required to collect the fee?

thanks for the reply. but this is not covered in the definition of inter state supply. So whether it is specifically mentioned in any section of the Act to get register. kindly elaborate.
