We are planning to add a object to the existing object clause of the MOA of a company. The MOA is as per the old Act. Is it necessary that now since we are altering the object clause, we will have to prepare and change the entire MOA as per the Companies Act, 2013?

It is optional on part of the company to adopt the MOA as per new act. But it is recommandary.
