suppose X visit a foreign country...stay there in a hotel.. makes payments to them for staying. Whether such income earned by hotel of foreign..is to be treated as income from

One individual working in foriegn company then the salary amount in his hands it taxable in India since its due to employement he will be considered as resident only irrespective of no of years worked and stayed (even continuously) in outside India
Whether the above point is right
