How can foreign hotel income be taxed in India.

Kindly elobrate your question.

Accrual of income is outside India. The assessee is also Non-resident. Then obviously, NO

ACCRUAL OF INCOME IS OUTSIDE INDIA THATS WHY NO .

One individual working in foriegn company then the salary amount in his hands it taxable in India since its due to employement he will be considered as resident only irrespective of no of years worked and stayed (even continuously) in outside India

Whether the above point is right
