Whether it will treated as income in india

suppose X visit a foreign country...stay there in a hotel.. makes payments to them for staying. Whether such income earned by hotel of foreign..is to be treated as income from india and taxable in hands of that hotel in india??????????? plz reply

Accrual of income is outside India. The assessee is also Non-resident. Then obviously, NO

One individual working in foriegn company then the salary amount in his hands it taxable in India since its due to employement he will be considered as resident only irrespective of no of years worked and stayed (even continuously) in outside India

Whether the above point is right

Correct me if i am wrong
