Whether interviews are conducted in big4 before declaration

hello,

i made an attempt of ipcc both groups in may-'13 and unfortunately i could'nt clear group-1 and without clearing group-1 i cannot start my articleship.So , i'm going to make my group1 attempt in nov-'13. The doubt that i have is whether big4 conduct interviews prior to declaration of results so that i can make an attempt to get through so tha i can join my articleship as soon as my results are declared.please reply as soon as possible.Reply is really needed
