Hello all, i want to know whether I am eligible for writing exam in Nov 2016. Iam a cpt route student, did 14 months of articleship. Due to financial and family problem I discontinued article ship without termination in May 2010 and I converted into ipcc stream in June 2015 and I finished ITT and orientation classes. I want to know whether I am eligible to write exam in November 2016. Whether the non-termination will affect it? Pls someone help me in this regard?

if principal CA give the assurance that he/she give you certificate for completion of articleship of 2.5Y till exam form filling date then you can give the exam and exam form signed by principal CA.
