Whether Exces Leave Period Can served under new principle ??

I' m suppose to complete my Articleship by mid-october, but i got excess leave of 70 days.

I have heard about supplementary article, that article can served his excess leave period either under his existing principle or new principle, so experts please confirm me whether i'm allow to served my excess leave period under new principle and whether it will be considered as transfer.....?

And which form to fill for articleship completion under existing principle if i will register myself under new principle for excess leave period , whether to fill 108 or 109.
