Whether Auditors are required to be present in the Board meeting in which Annual A/c or Quarterly Results are concerned? What are the legal requirements in companies Act and Listing Agreement.

Acc to me, as regards, BM, there is no such specification, that the Auditors have to attend the A/c approval meeting acc to Listing agreement.
