Where to show sale of ready to move flat in gst returns ?

Respected Experts.

One of my friend is a builder. He sold 2 Flats after obtaining Completion Certificate which means it does not attract GST.

The Question is where to show these transactions in GST Returns ( GSTR 3B & GSTR 1 )

 

Please Guide.

according to me .....non gst supply.....but kindly confirm ...as it attracts schedule 3

Yeah I also thinks the same that it should be covered under Non GST supplies..

It is not a supply as per gst law, accordingly not to be shown in gst. It is sale of immovable property
