I am in the first year of my articles and wish to take transfer. I have read the transfer rules specified here:

and unserstand that prior approval of institute is required before taking transfer.
But where do I send the application for getting institutes approval for transfer ?
Someone please helpe me. Please.
As per my knowledge i think prior approval of ICAI is not required in case of 1st yr if transfer.
Pls wait for other members view on club so that u may kno it correctly.
