Dear Mayank, please understand that every CA student undergoes this traumatic situation atleast at one point in his articleship period. Take it in the right spirit and try to grab an oppurtinity to prove your mettle in every walk of your career.At the end of the day you'll be physically, emotionally and mentally strong.

Never think about transfers unless its extremely important.Frequent Transfer will have a very negative impact on your career that can even ruin your career.

Please carry this in your mind always..... CA course gives you something more than just a mere qualification. It teaches you how to face every tribulent situation in your life.

Dear Mayank, I can definitely say that CA student doing articleship is not any servant/maid of any CA. We are not meant for bringing office stationery and do any crap work.

Further, I can tell you that nothing ruins the career in my opinion.

Asking for a transfer is your right in case you are not comfartable working with your principal. However, transfer is possible only by mutual consent or the death of principal. If your CA is not ready for transfer that means there is no mutual consent and in that case no one can help you. And the results is that you end up working with your CA even irrespective of whther you are interested or not.

I have gone through transfer cases, and I can for sure tell you that Institute never helps the students. Transfer is possible only by mutual consent as per the current provisions of the Chartered Accountants Act.

So, if you dont have mutual consent and at the same time you are not interested in working with your principal, the result is that you leave course or give up yor fundamental rights and work with your principal even if you are not interested.

If anyone is aware of any provision in the Chartered Accountants Act whereby a student can get transfer without mutual consent as well, I kindly request you to paste the relevant provisions out here.

The day u become a CA and u will become a CA and u will also part of this. Being a student or articles u all r correct for not to do this kind of job. BUT TAKE CA AS A LIFE AND CARRER LIKE dave said. CA is not a certificate. practily  in filed many CA sign audit with fees if 2500/- and some CA sign audit with fees of 25000/-. so u r goal should be which u wanna? to go for purchase a stationery will give u how cost u to handle articles and expenses. My point is very simple being a CA everything can be done. Its not a game to transfer CA and r u sure ull get easily transfer at any CA?

Dont be like a nerrow and just follow the order to be a perfact in every field, either to buy a pan or to preparer a project on pen company.

Dear Student,

CA is a unique course you should learn all aspects of your life. Making accounting entry, buying stationery to office is also a part of learning the profession. Accept the CA curriculum the way it is designed and the principal as your Guru. He is part of your life and your parents. Will you not buy gorcerry or vegitables for your house. If you consider you and CA are seperate, do not do this course. Your resistance (only expectation that others should give all the good things they have) to the course will show up again if you take transfer. This is not a college where you can fire the teacher you do not like. If you go to other CA firm, you will be having same complaint that my previous boss was good. You are an young boy to take lot of challenges in life, please don't afraid of these silly problems.

If iam in ur position, me to feel the same but wt to do,

your aim is to take the fruit from the tree. eventhough if it is difficuilt to clim, anyhow v will reach the top one day. CA is the fruit.

so dont worry, Change ur attitude, learn more work, do ur article with happiness, then only u can finish it.

Transfer is not the conclusion,

I know Advice is easy to say, but difficuilt to follow.

ya i am also going through the same process  and i have started my articleship 2006 but still i cant get out of the firm

please make early desicion to avoid future regret

this will make u very unhappy in future comparing with your friends

you must go to atlest some medium firms whre some standards are set

 its a medium firm

but that CA is a typical guy from bihar who makes me do crazy work
