When stipend go doubled ?

Can anyone knows the efffective date of the stipend which is to be doubled ?.

i.e when the ICAI President made the annoucment in Spetember 's Newsletter .

???

Still it is under the consideration of Central Government approval. So we have to wait Kalpesh. I think students will get arrears.

Arrears??? hmmmmm....i guess poora stipend time par mil jaye vo hi bahut hai....:D
