Can anyone please let me know whether there is a specific time period in which form MGT-8 should be dated? For example lets take form MGT-8 for the annual return being filed for the financial year 2014-2015.
should the MGT-8 be reviewed by the board at the AGM or the board meeting before the agm?
please explain quoting the sections or rules if possible.

MGT-8 should be dated any time before filing of MGT-7. So it can be after AGM also.
can it be on agm date?
yes it can be on date of agm.
if Certificate of practice has taken in the year 2017. should he sign MGT 8 on current date for previous year filing say 2014-15, 2015-16.
