When it should be implemented ?
When will the decision of doubling the stipend should be imlemented as stated by ICAI President in his message in Newsleter ?

stipend would be double after approved by Centeral Govt.

THE STIPEND BEING DOUBLED WOULD BE A GREAT HELP FOR THE ARTICLE , HOWEVER THERES A GREAT DIFFRENCE BETWEEN PROPOSAL AND APPROVAL. THE LATTER IS ALWAYZ REALLY LATE THAN WHAT WE THINK AND SAME WOULD BE IN THIS CASE. BUT I HOPE THINGS WOULD BE BETTER IN THE YEARS TO COME.BE POSITIVE.
