My Chartered Accountant under who i am pursuing my articleship which was completed as according to the by laws on 23rd August 2014 (23/8/2011 to 22/8/2014) , and under whom I further served till 30th Sept 2014, now he denies to sign on my Form no. 108 ( Articleship completion Form). According to him , he will approve the abovementioned document with an extended leave. My attempt is due on Nov 14 ( appeared in May 14 also).If he signs the form with extended leaves, what impact will it create, and what remedies do i have!
