What use of "certified copies" of answer sheets?

Suppose, a person applies for certified copy of his CA final answersheets; he will get it after 1 month. But by that time, he will lose the right to apply for "reverification".

Also, ICAI is making applicants sign a declaration, which i feel is a bit unrealistic.......We don't apply n pay for "certified paper" just for seeing it, and say "hai rre meraa kismaatt....mera checker khaduus thaa....and he has given me very low,unrealistic marks"................

I think ICAI should allow students who have applied for "certified copies" to have their scores rectified if in the certified copies; they should have been given more marks(eg totalling errors).

It was not an ICAI initiative to make available the copies to the students,it is on court's order i.e. under compulsion that they are providing the copies. And as for the court order it never mentioned about revaluating the answer scripttts after providing them for checking. So there would have to be another battle for the same.

I think ICAI is demonstrating that they are in favour of student community but there are not . They r just obeying court orders.

Why can't we file RTI and see the answersheets under them instead of paying Rs500(4 days back;it was Rs 200)...........We pay Rs 2 per page of xerox as per RTI Act...........Paying Rs 500 is a daytime loot........

Still i say, what is the use of the certified marksheets?

Whats the Benefit of Certified Answersheet if receieved after the examination? we cant even evaluate our mistakes...and will ICai refund our Rs. 500 for non-delivery of answersheets...
