Can anybody tell or suggest from where to study the allied laws part for the LAW paper of ca final exams.
As the time is less and there are so many acts in this part;so kindly suggest any medium through which i can effectively and efficiently cover this part without consuming much time.
Practice Manual is sufficient for Allied Laws....but always attend full marks (100 Marks) paper....in exam...then and then you can expect...reasonable marks.

There is nothing sure...in CA...but have a faith in what you are reading...and continue with that...you will also clear CA like me...:-)

i can give u one suggestion based on the qustion paper pattern
Securities contract act(scra) will come in compulsory question for 5 marks (Q.No 1)
Q.No 4 and Q.No 5 will have a mix of both companies act and Sebi,banking regulation act.For eg Q.No4 a)companies act and Q.No4b)Sebi (allied laws) ,similarly Q.No 5a)companies act and Q.No5b)Banking regulation act .
So what i would advice is if u have completed comapnies act fully,then it is compulsory that u have to study SCRA,Sebi and banking regulation act from allied laws .
The other chapters of allied laws will form part of Q.No 7 which consists of only allied laws questions where u have to answer 4 out of 5.
So if u dont have time to study other acts in allied laws be 100% sure that u have completed comapnies act thoroughly along with sebi,scra and banking act and just skip the rest of allied laws.This is purely my opinion based on the limited availability of time and it is u who have to take a decision.All the best

HEY anshul.......allied covering 30 marks portion & is really imp since v get a combine ques of company law with aliied. jus refer THESE SEBI NOTES. IF U R OKEY WTH IT I LL FORWARD U MORE.
