my articleship ended in feb 1st week

what to do if i have submitted form 108 and around 90 days excess leave will b coming. i have exam in may. but am ready to serve the balance period uptil result date. do i need to do any formality.. by submitting any other form (already 108 submitted)

and when i complete excess leave duration i would have to again send form 108 only..or anything else too with it...

for serving extension period with the same employer are their any formalities to be done. or we just have to send form 108 again on completion of our extension..

is der need for execution of agreement again or submitting any other form for extension?
