one of my friends has become CA in yesterday's result. I just want to know where to search or do efforts for, if he want to do job as he want to explore himself with market conditions. so please help me to know about campus placements and big20's recruitment process and links to submit resume and what are the areas where he should do more efforts to crack the interview.

It will be helpful if GMCS - 2 is completed before campus placements.

Regarding campus placements, we will get updates from ICAI on regular basis.

In most of interviews, there will be one GD or written test, techinal rounds then HR round.

In written test, questions will be relating to Quantitative aptitude, reasoning etc.

If he has got very very good marks then only should he wait for campus placement. Otherwise he would not even get selected for interview, let alone for job.

Best way is placement websites such as naukri, times job etc. You can visit the ca firm's site if you are interested in working in a CA firm.

Right now would be the best time to search for jobs as recruiters would be looking to employ newly qualified CAs.
