hey i had same kind of problem./././ first i am going to the our nearest post office and than at speed post office./././ and ask about if than they reply some other person take post to his home./././

than i called to mumbai office and i explanin my problem than give new address for considration././././

and now  i am get it./././

you can try both and if possible consider your new address or same address again

kindly mail your complaint,  regarding non-receipt of journal at eb @ icai.org  if you do not receive the Journal by the 10th day of the month.

I also paid for the Journal but never got it in three year's time. I also mailed to ICAI many times but there was no response.

Send your complaint on Email ID mentioned in my earlier post in the follwing manner
