What to do ?

I am in CA intermediate ..and my exams will start on June 6 (group 2 new syllabus )
I am not at all confident for my theory papers so I am left with two options
1. try and get exemption in acc and fm
2.study for all subject (in which chances of failing are very high and I may not score exemption in fm if I study all subjects )

what shall I do pls recommend me
