3 months leave for Final exam preparation
only exam days leave for Bcom exams

BDO Haribhakti is a big mid-size reputed firm. I advise you to grab the opportunity. Learning IFRS now will also helps you when IndAS are implemented by MCA. It also helps you for final course. Also persons having IFRS knowledge will be in some demand after your Final exams because it is a new concept coming in to the field, as it is also a complicated subject, there will be demand for this. And getting such experience through BDO Haribhakti will not be wasted. Try to read your final subjects from now itself instead of planning to do during 3-months leave. before registering for articleship in the firm u should get signed an aggrement wd the firm whch specify tht u r dng ur articleship frm tht firm nd after completion of d training d firm cant deny tht u r nt an article of d firm or u r dng job there , bcz there so many cases of fruad by d firms tht waste or spoils d students career so be insured ...Best of luck
