What is Deviation analysis ?

 deviation analysis is nothing but standard deviation..

for a series with probability its formula is  square root of (sum of all values of x together)

for a series without probability it is sqare root of {(sum of all values of x together) divide by (n-1)} i.e. no. of values minus 1. like v have 10 values of x den it is 10-1=9.

den d variable having less standard deviation means it is less risky...
