What is annual household income as per pmay(pradhan mantri awaas yojna)

What is Annual Household income for PMAY?

Suppose i earn Rs 100 per month. My HRA is Rs 20. PF is Rs 10 and Income Tax is Rs 10.

So, My Annual Household income will be 100 or 90(After HRA) or 70(After HRA, PF) or 60(After every possible deduction)?

Please let me know what should be the Annual household income to be considered for PMAY subsidy?
