Everyone is expecting good things to happen this 2010 and one very important is "Termination/change in Transfer Rules".
What If Transfer Rules Get Terminated??? Or some new additions/deletions actually happen??

Well, if the ICAI actually opened up to students, the rumour mills would stop..
So if ICAI opens up and comes clean on its stance on the students issues, I would be relieved...
Personally, I am past the stage of wishing for transfer....
Just waiting for 3.5 years to be over....
