What if a person falls under threshold limit

Dear Sir/Madam

As we know there is threshold limit of 20 lacs, i.e. People whose combined turnover is less than 20 lacs not need to be registered in GST. In that condition how they will be charged tax?? Or they will be Excluded to pay any tax/Amount to Government??

Also Suppose If a Contractor based in Delhi and Registered in Delhi gets any work in West Bengal in that condition Will he required to take Registration in WB also or Delhi’s Registration is enough for that. He has to submit His bill in Delhi itself.

If you are not liable to get registration i.e. you are not liable to collect tax and paid the same to Govt.....

Service provided from Delhi to WB means this is a inter state Supply.. So registration is enough in Delhi.. You are not liable to get registration in WB...

Bu as per Section 19 of the GST act every person will require Seprate Registrauin in Each state.......Please Explain this.

If you have branch office in different state then registration must for separate state......

If you provided service from WB to WB then registration needed in WB...

Ok.

Suppose if We are Contractor making Branch Office of our Delhi's client in West Bengal and we need to send some material From Delhi to WB while doing WORK CONTRACT , in that condition what should we do? because after completion of Work we have to submit our Bill to client's Delhi office only.

How Can we send Material Without Bill??We can not make different/Part Bills for Same Work...
