I want to import electronic devices and mobile accesories.
I have applied for IEC , what should be my next move ? please throw some light on all the next steps.

What formalities do i need to do before importing

Find the procedures in attached pdf file.
What if we import in less quntity like 10 mobile phones only ?
Do we really need to go through a lot of documentation ?
For example, if we do 10 shipments a month.
