We have despatched material from Delhi to Ludhiana through transport with valid waybill but transporter kept materials at their Delhi godown forgot to deliver material to customer after generating Part B.
Now waybill and time limit of extend is also expired and transporter is asking me for new waybill.But we can't generate new E way bill For same invoice once again portal giving error.

Generate new eway bill on new invoice. Cancel the previous invoice through credit note
You ask the party in whose name the bill is made to go to their E-way Bill site and generate an Eway Bill with inward supplies.
