Wat u want in Software of Company Law Matters?

Dear All,

Please tell me what FEATURES & REPORTS u want in a complete software of Company Law matters which will include ROC MCA related filing, Compliances of Provisions of Companies Act eg. Books n Register Maintanance, Procedural controls which are prescribed in Companies Rules, Accounting of Clients fees balances etc..

Watever u feel or u can also post the problems that u face in existing ROC s/w which u are using..
