after taking square root on both sides,
3-5/2 = -(2-5/2)
3-5/2 = -2+5/2
5=5
dude, ask a fifth grader, he will teach u maths

Dhirav, in your case i think in step 4 it went wrong.....i dont think u can use the sign '=' there.
