I have income of giving tuition only so I wanna know that tuition income come under which head and which itr form is used to file return and the itr form required for house property for my mom return please provide the link suitable to my query thankx all who give their imp. time to help me........

First of all make up ur mind... Whehter to take in professional income or other sources income.... If, tutor is ur profession its better to consider as proofesional income n if not then can go to other sources...

First decide whether you want to treat your tution income as income from profession or as income from other sources. If you treat your tuition income as other income, file 'ITR-1' otherwise file 'ITR-4'.

For income from House property, your mother should file 'ITR-1' but be sure she has the only property in which she has rented out.
