Want to complain against a ca who is abusing me

Dear Friends,

I want to have your views regarding a important matter. Recently i was recommended name of a practising CA for the purpose of placement.

Despite repeated calls he kept giving excuses.

Out of frustration i sent a sms saying that "Thanks for not helping me". This has now led to my father getting abused on phone when he tried to cool thinks off to him sending me abusive messages regarding my family and threat to destroy my career.

I want to make complaint against this guy for abusing on such a small matter and giving frequnet calls.

My parents , worried about future , do not want to pursue this any further but i finding it hard to digest such a behavior .

Please guide me.

Dear Ankur I suggest you to not to take any decision in hussle Mind. I know it is a very painfull situation for you but calmdown yourself. It is very hurtful to hear such thing from your side as this is a professional misconduct by the practising ca. A practising ca can loose his certificate too if he does such wrong deeds will fully. But as per my experience it is not an easy task to do. You can do complain in the institute icai about the same with proofs. I suggest you to move forward from this istant as he cant have the power to ruin you career. It all depends on your harwork and tallent. dear be strong and do not let yourslf weak in such condition best of luck
