My DOB and Pan card has been changed. Now I want to change the DOB in non core field then it's showing error that your legal name is not according to Pan data and when I change Legal name in core field then shown validation error of DOB . how to resolve this issue please help

GST No based on PAN
If Pan Card Alfa Bat Change
Than you not carry your GST No on the PAN
In my understanding.... if old pan no. and new pan no. Is same, then there is no problem else not possible as told by Ravi sir's advice.

Anyway you can raise complaints on gst portal for above mentioned issues.
Kindly update first your pan details on income tax site , only then you would be able to change on GST portal

First check in Income Tax Site
If Your Updated DOB show in Income Tax Site
Than You may change in GSTIN Portal because GSTIN Portal access PAN Details from Income Tax Site.
